Viewing and Managing Documents


Colour modes
All colors that can be seen by the human eye are called the visible spectrum
The range of colors that can be produced by a process or device is called the gamut


There are a few common color mode which is RGB, CMYK, and PANTONE


RGB is red, green, and blue , mostly used in computer monitor.
CMYK is cyan, magenta, yellow and black, mostly used when we need to print files that uses colour printing to produce more sharper images and accurate colours.


History Pallete
History pallete is used to undo multiple commands that have been recently used.


Change size of images
to change images size, click images > images size and choose suitabe pixel by width and height to produce desired images size. Too small would not easily see the images details , too big will make the pictures less sharper. Choose the right size to make it balance between images details and sharpness
